Athletics fans do not want to miss one of the biggest sporting events to take place in Rome. The 2008 Golden Gala will be the third leg of the Golden League season and is a track and field event at the grand Olympic Stadium. The first competition began in 1980 and over the years has hosted the participation of the world’s best athletes. Each year crowds have witnessed incredible and unique performances and 2008 should be better than ever.
