At the time of writing, Everton are the only club in the Premier League not to have signed a single player. Fifth place last season was a real achievement but there have to be doubts if David Moyes can haul his team to challenge the "Big Four" this campaign. This is a huge season for new Blackburn Rovers manager Paul Ince who has taken on the reigns following the departure of Mark Hughes to Manchester City. Ince had a successful time at MK Dons but could well struggle thanks to the departures of David Bentley and Brad Friedel.
