The Potters endured a miserable start to their Premier League campaign as they lost 3-1 at Bolton and in all truth had probably lost the game at half-time. Tony Pulis' men will have to be on top form to get anything out of this game against a Villa side who could arguably be the team to break into the Champions League spots this season. Martin O'Neill looks to have bought well over the summer and last weeks 4-2 win over Manchester City promised big things for the coming season. Stoke will have to keep an eye on Gabriel Agbonlahor who scored a hat-trick in seven minutes against City.
