This could well be Spain's best chance of winning a major tournament for the first time since 1964. Luis Aragones has an outrageously talented squad at his disposal including Premier League stars Fernando Torres and Cesc Fabregas. Combined with La Liga veterans Iker Casillas, Carlos Puyol, Xavi and David Villa it is not hard to see why many have picked the underachieving Spanish to explode on the international scene. Russia have done well to get to the tournament proper and despite riding their luck at times in the qualifying stage they qualified ahead of England. Manager Guus Hiddink is one of the finest tournament managers in the world as he proved with South Korea and Australia in the past two World Cups. Although they will be missing instrumental midfielder Andrei Arshavin for this game, the Russians have an abundance of quality throughout their team.
