This Vienna final could be a classic match up between two hungry teams at the end of a tantalising tournament. Germany were the favourites at the start of the tournament and besides a group defeat to Croatia they have played some excellent football with Michael Ballack at the forefront of their play. They overcame the stubborn Turks in the semi-final with a late late goal from Philipp Lahm to seal a 3-2 win and Spain will have to stop Bastian Schweinsteiger and Lukas Podolski who have both been in great form during Euro 2008. Spain have also been impressive and their performance in the semi-final, a 3-0 win over Russia, was the sign of a team in good form. Luis Aragones's side have played well at Euro 2008 and have a team full of fine attacking players including Xavi, Iniesta, Fernando Torres, tournament top-goalscorer David Villa and the irrepressible Cesc Fabregas.
