Garth Tander secured the 2007 championship with his win at the 2007 V8 Supercars Oran Park Dunlop Grand Finale and if history is any guide the race this year could once again crown the champion of 2008. All of the action will take place at Oran Park Raceway in Sydney, Australia. The track is shaped like a figure-eight and is 2.7 kilometers in length. There is no doubt that the grandstands will be packed and the competition fierce for this event as the sun finally sets on the 2008 season.
