It's been a roller coaster of a season for Ferrari so far, but Kimi Raikkonen is back in the F1 game and fresh from Sepang the current world number two is carrying Ferrari hopes for a second consecutive win at Bahrain. Hard acceleration and brake balance are the key to staying in the running Sakhir's 5.411km desert stretch, which is known for its long stretches and multiple brake zones. Raikkonen will have to get past Lewis Hamilton who is eager to recover some of that Melbourne sheen and is battling to bring McLaren their first Bahrain win. Hamilton had a crash in practice on Saturday but he still seemed in relaxed mood for the race. BMW Sauber's Polish driver Robert Kubica claimed a first-ever pole position for his team, just edging out last year's winner Felippe Massa. All in all the Bahrain event promises to provide great racing which is badly needed following the recent sex allegations raised against FIA President Max Mosely.
