After such a great 2008 season, it is only fitting that the last race on the IRC calendar takes place on such a huge stage. It does not get much bigger than the bustling and huge Chinese city of Shanghai, where just to the South the IRC China Rally will get underway. Riders can expect to encounter very dry conditions and very slow technical stages. They must be able to navigate through a mountainous region that has smooth and sandy gravel. The stakes could not be higher as the champion of the 2008 IRC season could be determined here.
