The 1000 km of Nurburgring is the fourth event of the Le Mans Series 2008 season. This endurance test began in 1953 and became a part of the Le Mans Endurance Series in 2005. This exciting race takes place on the Nurburgring race track in Nurburg, Germany. Known as "the Ring" by racing fans due to its configuration, competitors can expect to face a tough and demanding experience. The Circuit length is 5.148 km and consists of 15 turns. The setting outside the village and medieval castle of Nurburg in the Eifel adds to the events allure.
